What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative Yoga poses utilize props, such as bolsters, blankets and blocks, to support the body in an optimally comfortable position and encourage deep rest, and are held longer than traditional yoga asana style classes (~3-5 minutes).
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a passive auditory experience where instruments such as Crystal Bowls and chimes will be played to assist your deep rest. The vibrations of these instruments can be felt and heard, which can be supportive to the body and nervous system in achieving a state of rest & digest - helping the body that allows for regeneration.
