Join Denis & Jaye for a blissful afternoon at the Eggert's farm just outside Wauchope.In this session we will combine Restorative Yoga, breathing and the sound vibrations of the Gong for a deeply relaxing and meditative experience.
Restorative Yoga offers an opportunity to let go and open up to a deeply internal experience, which is enhanced by the sound vibrations of the Gongs and other sound healing instruments.
Chai and gluten-free treats will be offered at the end of the session.
This event is open to beginners and does not require previous yoga experience.
Booking essential, as spaces are limited.
