About this Event
Unwind and reinvigorate body and mind this spring with our Restorative Yoga and Spring Sound Bath experience.
Join Trevor Cassidy in a gentle, guided yoga session, followed by a meditative rest to the soothing sounds of gongs, crystal bowls and other live instruments, facilitated by special guest, Niki Jarrett at Settle in with our yoga blankets and bolsters, or bring your own. Participants will leave with a deep sense of calm and relaxation. All levels are welcome!

$20 for members (Members please sign up through the member app or portal.)
$25 for non-members
This event is limited to 15 in-person participants. Registration is required. All registration costs are non-refundable. Eventbrite ticketing fees apply. One ticket per participant.
Parking:
The nearest visitor parking lots are Snowmass and Monte Vista. Visitor parking is $1/hour (via lot pay stations).
