Give yourself a dreamy, blissful afternoon treat in a truly one-of-a-kind location -The Japanese Temple, Newbury!

We’re inviting you to step inside this magical place for two soothing hours that melt tension, settle the mind and refill your cup- Rested and ready for the festive season ahead!

What to expect:

• The most wonderful welcome with grounding essential oils to settle the mind into deep relaxation mode.

• Then Sink into a soul-soothing restorative yoga practice with gentle supportive poses, soft stretches and spacious rest-guided by Rosannah.

• Followed by a cocooning sound bath- complete with heated blanket warmers and soft eye masks! Lie back and simply let the beautiful resonating sounds of crystal bowls and specially selected, gentle instruments unfold around you to complete your blissful afternoon- guided by Angela.

• Soft lighting, serene architecture, and unlimited rest....

WHAT TO BRING:
-A cushion for under your head during the Sound Bath part.
-A thick blanket (and cosy socks for extra comfort if you wish)
-Water for hydration

-Yoga mats & bolsters/ bricks
