Join us for a tranquil and rejuvenating afternoon of restorative yoga and sound bath in the serene setting of a teepee up Congleton Edge Road. This event is designed to help you unwind, restore, and connect with your inner peace.

Restorative Yoga: April Wild will guide you through gentle, restorative yoga poses aimed at releasing tension and promoting deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels, this practice will help you connect with your body and mind in a supportive and peaceful environment.
Sound Bath: Louise Carter will lead a sound bath session using a variety of instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The soothing sounds will help you enter a state of deep meditation and relaxation, enhancing the restorative effects of the yoga practice.
