Join us for a wonderful afternoon of Restorative Yoga and Sound Bathing on Sunday, December 8, 2024, from 2 to 5 pm! You will participate in six to eight poses during this three-hour class, and your body will be 100% supported, allowing the muscles to release and stretch. Accompanied by the Sound Bath and Reiki, your mind, body, and spirit are in for a self-care treat. No prior yoga experience is needed.Time for sharing and a cup of tea is offered at the end of class.
