Experience 90 minutes of rest, relaxation and Reiki healing, the ultimate bliss experience.Restorative yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system which helps the body rest, heal, and restore. It relaxes the mind and body, leading to lower levels of cortisol, the stress hormone.
In this class we will bring the body into restful positions supported by props, pamper you with essential oils and Reiki so you can completely relax and de-stress. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Sharon completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification with Nourishing Heart Yoga in Bloomington, Indiana and her 300-hour certification in Meditation in Motion at the Amrit Yoga Institute in Salt Springs, Florida. She also holds an advanced certification in I AM® Yoga Nidra, a sleep-based meditation practice and is a Reiki Master Teacher.
With an extensive background in training and development, Sharon is dedicated to facilitating opportunities for students at all levels to experience personal “ah-ha!” moments to grow personally and in their yoga practice.
Combining her teaching and healing modalities, Sharon creates a loving, compassionate environment that encourages students to accept who they are and find inner peace. By guiding students to move mindfully with the breath, she establishes a space for students to slow down, relax, and focus on being present in the moment, ultimately providing them with tools to live mindfully in everyday life.
