Restorative Yoga as meditative prayer
About this Event

Restorative Yoga combines gentle yoga postures, meditative prayer, and heartfelt intentions so that we can reinforce our divine connection to God in a holistic way. In this class, we align our mind and body to clear the path for internal reflection and transformation.

With conscious awareness of our blessings, we are reminded that we can serve as an instrument of our Higher Power and influence an abundance of goodness in our daily lives.

By setting heartfelt intentions we are reminded that ethical living and certain personal observances have a profound impact on how we connect with our fellow humans.

Meditative prayer is a spiritual practice that helps us focus on our communion with God in a contemplative manner.

Allow us to honor the blessing of our materail bodies by improving strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation and blood circulation.
