Treat yourself to a peaceful mid-morning escape with our gentle restorative yoga series, designed specifically with comfort and accessibility in mind. This wonderfully relaxing practice is perfect for active adults and retirees looking to maintain flexibility, reduce stiffness and find moments of tranquility in their week.
Restorative yoga is ideal for mature practitioners – there's no complicated poses or challenging movements. Instead, you'll be fully supported by props like soft bolsters, chairs, blocks and cozy blankets as you settle into comfortable positions that promote deep relaxation and gentle stretching. It's like giving yourself permission to truly rest while still caring for your body.

Flexible Options: Drop in for a single session or join all three for maximum benefit.
