This spiritual style of yoga blends poses with reiki. Our instructors gently place their hands upon individuals to magnify the energetic healing. Ki-Hara Body Work relaxes the myofascial tissues as well.
These sessions are led by our experienced instructors Wisteria Dawn and Rachel Keen.
Healing Sessions: Wisteria’s healing sessions include Reiki supplemented with sound and crystal healing. The combination of modalities helps clients to clear residual energies and restore balance and energy flow to their body/mind/spirit.
Wisteria brings an all-encompassing spiritual experience to her yoga classes. She emphasizes breath-work and affirmations while holding each yoga pose to target specific chakras. A gentle flow of instruction is woven throughout the class so that the Union of mind, body, and spirit can be maintained.
