This class is designed for individuals new to yoga, focusing on the foundational principles of postures, breathing techniques, and alignment, with a slower pace to allow for proper learning and understanding of basic poses, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment for all levels of flexibility and experience; modifications are readily available to cater to individual needs.
Punch card holders use code PUNCHCARD at checkout to register for class. Punch cards are kept in the yoga studio.
Drop-ins are welcome.
Cancellation Policy:
*No refunds, but we will give you a store credit for a future class or event, if we are notified 24 hours before the start of class.
