Join us Monday evenings in the historic Millpond Farms events for a very relaxing and beginner friendly yoga class. This class is one that you don’t have to have any skills or prior experience to enjoy. We have blankets, bolsters and blocks to share and some mats. Bring your own if you have one. Come as you are, do what you can. We move through slow transitions with gentle poses using props for support.
