Unwind and reconnect with yourself at our Restorative Yoga class, hosted every third Sunday of each month. This event is guided by Yogi Tina, who brings over 10 years of yoga practice and more than 8 years of teaching experience. Accommodations can be made for any physical impairment, so please don't let your physical state stop you if you're interested in coming, Yoga is about more than just flexibility.
You'll move through calming poses that help release tension while receiving soothing affirmations designed to restore both body and mind. No experience is necessary—this class is beginner-friendly and open to all.
Suggested donation is $10, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, but we do have a few available to borrow on a first-come basis.
Come as you are, breathe deep, and leave feeling more grounded and refreshed.
If you are new to our shop and need directions, we are located inside the Provo Towne Centre, next to JC Penny, and across from Bath and Bodyworks
