Join Cheryl for a 75-minute restorative yoga class where students will experience deep relaxation as we hold restorative yoga poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to support us.Restorative yoga is an excellent opportunity to disconnect from the frenetic activity of daily life and let your speedometer return to 0 mph. Slow down the pace of life.
Prepare your mind and body for the inward stroke of meditation and deepened awareness. In this class, students will experience physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. We will supply bolsters to all students, but please also bring a pillow and a blanket with you to class.
75 minutes. Unheated. No yoga experience necessary. Online pre-registration is required.
