Restorative yoga was developed to heal muscles and joints. Students are guided into poses lying on the floor and bolstered with props such as pillows, bolters, blankets, and blocks. Students stay in the pose for 3 - 5 minutes, relaxing every muscle in the body.Ultimately, students feel refreshed and deeply relaxed similar to after a good nap or massage. Please bring mat and arrive 10-15 min early.
