About this Event
This Restorative Yoga Therapy class blends supported postures, breath work, and guided relaxation to help the body shift from “fight-or-flight” into “rest-and-repair.” Using props, bolsters, blankets, straps, and blocks, we create comfortable shapes held for 3–8 minutes, allowing connective tissue to soften and the nervous system to rebalance.With slow transitions, minimal muscular effort, and hands-on or verbal adjustments tailored to your needs. This class supports stress relief, chronic pain management, post-workout recovery, and better sleep.It’s appropriate for all levels, including beginners, prenatal/postnatal students, and those returning from injury (with medical clearance).You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply restored.
