The goal of this class is to promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and flexibility.We’ll begin with grounding Yin Yoga poses, held for longer periods to encourage profound relaxation. Yin Yoga offers many benefits, including increased flexibility, improved circulation, enhanced joint and ligament mobility, and a deeper connection with your breath.
We’ll then transition into Restorative Yoga, using supportive props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to ease the body and release strain. Restorative yoga is a gentle, meditative practice that allows you to settle into stillness, focus on your breath, and melt away lingering tension.
This class is suitable for all levels—including beginners—and is especially supportive for anyone seeking to let go, unwind, and truly relax.
