Yin Yoga is very restorative to the mind, body and soul, helping to release trapped emotions stuck in the body. We use large bolsters to help support the body to relax and let go. The passive and compressive postures can increase the health of connective tissue and lead to less pain in the body, increased flexibility, fascia suppleness, overall stress reduction, and the ability to embrace the beauty in slowing down
The harmonious sounds will take you on a profound inner journey, helping you release stress and tension, and allowing you to experience deep healing and rejuvenation.
✨ The hypnotic soothing sounds helping to balance your own biological rhythm using chimes, gong, crystal singing bowls, rain makers, which are healing and balancing, working on many levels - mental, emotional, spiritual, physical and energetic.
