About the workshop:�Immerse yourself in an evening of deep relaxation and self-renewal with a fusion of Restorative Yin Yoga and Healing Nidra. Experience gentle, restorative postures that bring you to calm and inner peace, combined with a healing nidra session to guide you into profound stillness. During the Nidra session there will be live mantra music, soothing soundscapes, and guided meditative imagery to support the release of old emotional patterns, self-limiting beliefs, and inner blockages.The idea of this healing journey is to allow us a pathway back to our true, authentic selves, helping us restore balance, relaxation, peace, and clarity in both body and mind.
About Andres Galindo:�My name is Andres Galindo, I am a world traveler yoga, meditation & dharma teacher currently based in Haarlem, with over 12 years of teaching experience. I hold a 500H RYTT certification and have a strong foundation in Sanskrit Vedic traditions since I lived 10 years of my life as a monk studying and teaching in India, Brazil, Austria, Argentina & Spain. I love teaching somatic, yin, nidra, healing, and restorative yoga, as well as vinyasa, ashtanga, and hatha. I have both Yin and Yang in my personality. I am passionate about integrating nervous system recovery theories with ancient yoga and Vedanta practices. As a world traveler and polyglot, I am also deeply passionate about the culture of Kirtan, mantra singing, ecstatic dance, Sanskrit wisdom, and ritual ceremonies. With studies and certifications in Vedanta, Ayurveda, emotional systemic integration, and a BAAS (bachelor's degree) in Human Consciousness, I bring both ancient and modern, movement and stillness to my classes. I try to integrate science and spirituality by creating a holistic approach towards healing and personal transformation for my students at the studios where I teach. Besides of all that, I am a funny person, I enjoy being relaxed, friendly and having a spontaneous sense of humor and chill.
