About this Event
L ay back and fully relax in this beautiful restorative Soundbath and guided meditation class. Let intuitive Singer and Hypnotherapist Ella Vida take you on a wonderful healing journey through voice and crystal singing bowls to rebalance you and help heal your mind, body and soul. This is an immersive experience with no experience needed, all you have to do is relax!
E lla Vida has over 20 years experience as a Professional Singer and Holistic Therapist. She has released her own music, toured worldwide and has played Glastonbury festival multiple times.
P lease bring a yoga mat, cushions and blankets if you have them so you can get super comfy!
There are some Yoga mats and blankets available if you forget to bring yours!
1hr Sessions every FIRST WED OF THE MONTH at 6pm.

*(Please park in the first set of parking bays you see on the left of the road. Please do not park in the bays marked for use by Newquay Sports Centre customers) *
After you have parked, walk up to the corner you will see the entrance to Newquay orchard on the right. Walk along the long lit footpath(3min walk) and you will eventually see the large Heart and Soul Cafe, Newquay Orchard building ahead of you.
