Welcome to Restorative Sound Healing Session by the River ✨
It arrives at the perfect time of year when everything speeds up, calendars fill, and the body holds more than we realise. This evening session offers a quiet reset before the year closes, a place to slow the pace and return to what genuinely supports you.
We’ll begin with a slow, guided movement to ease you out of the week and back into your body. From there, you’ll move into breath practices and supported rest, with the gentle sound of crystal bowls offering a spacious and calming backdrop.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about creating space so your body can soften, your mind can settle, and your system can recalibrate.
This session also makes a thoughtful Christmas gift, something meaningful for someone who needs a pause more than another thing to unwrap.

You don’t need any prior experience. Just come as you are. Mats, bolsters, and eye pillows will be ready for you. If you need anything else for your comfort, bring it along.

Stanja is an experienced yoga, breathwork, and sound facilitator, dedicated to creating accessible spaces for strength, resilience, and calm. With over 1,700 sessions taught in community spaces, prisons, and wellness settings, she offers grounded practices that support both mind and body.
