On Friday 17th of January, we are hosting our Restorative Sound Healing journey for you.
In Falmouth!
Chelsey will support you into various restorative poses and the_reiki_fairy will guide you through the evening with her Reiki infused Crystal Sound Bowls.
this is a deeply restorative event.
a chance for you to feel safe & held.
Your nervous system will have a chance to unwind from the festive season, and welcome fresh energy. We will provide blankets and yoga mats, as well as bolsters and blocks, we like to make sure your comfortable.
A sweet treat will be offered to you at the end of the session.

After the session, usually a person will sleep really well and feel the benefits of energy moving around the body for up to 5 days after. There can be emotional release, and an overall healing response.
