Bathe in the deeply relaxing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong and other healing instruments in this Sound Bath with Courtney and Steve from Heart Resonance.

Treat yourself to this special moment of self-care, where you will be invited to lie down, get comfortable and relax in your own cocoon. You will be guided through a relaxing meditation and setting an intention for the session, before you are taken on a journey through sound.

Enjoy a moment of rest and reflection, as your mind and body let go during this meditative sound healing experience. The instruments played are tuned to vibrational frequencies that allow you to drop quickly into a relaxed state and each have their own unique qualities for healing potential. Courtney and Steve from Heart Resonance have been creating relaxing sound scapes for over 3 years and are passionate about creating space for people to let go, relax and receive.

There is no experience required for this event! Simply come as you are, ready to receive the beautiful frequencies of healing sound.

The Science of Sound: Sound therapy is the concept of becoming immersed in deeply relaxing sounds which, through vibrational frequency, allows the body to switch to its parasympathetic nervous system, or ‘Rest and Digest’ mode. This gives the body permission to relax, restore and heal – something that we usually need much more of in our busy culture and lifestyles. Allowing the body a moment of stillness and deep rest, away from the stresses of every day life, is a deeply nourishing practice which leads us on a journey towards our own self healing. Sound therapy has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, enhance sleep quality, lower blood pressure, improve breathing and circulation, alleviate aches and pains, and strengthen the immune system.

After the sound immersion, enjoy a grounding tea and group reflection (sharing is always optional).

Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in (doors will close strictly at start of immersion).

Please bring a water bottle and pillow, and anything else that will make you really comfortable while lying down! Bolsters and blankets are provided.

Please also wearing comfortable clothing.
