Join John and Jen for a Soothing, Restorative Sound Bath to celebrate spring. This sound experience will include recordings from past spring hikes as well as the sounds of chimes, gongs, crystal bowls and more. We are so excited to share this soothing experience with you!
Blankets, bolsters and eye pillows will be provided and we encourage you to let yourself fully relax and melt into the earth.
