Restorative Sound Bath & Energy Healing Experience: A Free Community Offering in Fort Smith

Join us for a 1-hour sound bath and energy healing session designed to promote deep relaxation and support your well-being.
You'll be immersed in calming vibrations from live strings, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drone, drums, chimes, and more, with gentle energy flowing throughout the experience to help ease stress and restore balance.
This session is open to all—no experience needed. Just come as you are and allow yourself to rest, receive, and recharge.

✨ Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled; the event starts promptly at 11 AM

✨ What to Bring: a yoga mat (or other soft surface to lie on, like a sleeping bag), blanket, and any props you’d like, such as an eye mask, pillows, or extra blankets to make yourself comfortable. Mats and eye masks will be available on-site if you do not have your own.

Thane Isaac is a professional modern and baroque violinist with over 25 years of global performance experience. Merging classical expertise with spiritual insight, Thane has spent the last decade crafting truly one-of-a-kind sound baths that weave together string instruments, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drones, drums, chimes, and more with channeled frequencies to open portals for deep emotional and energetic healing.
Hannah Jay is a certified Oracle Breathwork Facilitator, Light Language Activator®, Angelic Healing Practitioner, and Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master who specializes in angelic energy healing, gentle breathwork, and multidimensional transformation. With a grounded and compassionate presence, Hannah offers sacred breathwork, vibroacoustic therapy, light language, energy healing, and shadow integration practices that empower others to anchor more fully into their bodies while expanding their spiritual awareness.
