Come experience the sounds and vibrations in a beautiful setting at the Crystal Lake Lodge. Restorative sound baths are focused on helping our brains to disconnect from the modern world, with all of the technology and distractions bombarding us all day. The organic sounds and vibrations that the instruments produce help the brainwaves lower down into the dream like and sleep states. This allows the body to shift into the parasympathic state, where the body rests and does self healing. The vibrations and frequencies produced in a sound bath not only affect the mind. They move through the body, down to the cellular level and held entrain cells to vibrate together. It can be a transformative experience to lose time and get into deep altered states. Each sound bath is unique as it is crafted around a different intention. Every instrument is chosen for a reason.
Large crystal bowls will be used to produce binaural beats. Multiple types of chimes, gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, drums and a waterfall disk are combined to create a magical sound journey designed to restore the body and mind.
Doors open at 6:40 and lock at 7:05. It is extremely important to arrive early to set up the space. Park in the gravel lot in front of the gate at the Crystal Lake Community. There is a gap to walk through. The Lodge is down the driveway to the left after the gate. Bring a yoga mat, pillows, blankets, eye cover and anything else needed for comfort. Nothing is provided by the venue.
