Join Christian Correia-Covert, RYT-500, Shamanic Practitioner & Teacher in a relaxing, rejuvenating, and insightful evening of restorative yoga, shamanic journey, and ceremony. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of shamanic journey and ceremony, travel to the middle and inner worlds, work with the ancestors, sit in ceremony, and rejuvenate to the sound of the rattle and drum while in restorative shapes. Special note: if you feel called, please bring an object that you feel honors your ancestors to add to the altar or an offering for your ancestors. Some examples might be a picture of loved ones or a a small candy.
