Restorative Reiki Reset

Join us in this energetic reset for the mind, body, and spirit. Receive personal reiki energy healing for chakras and aura clearing while exploring restorative yoga postures.

Yoga can be done seated or on the mat and will be modified to adjust to your bodies needs. All poses will be held 5-10 minutes using props and added support.

We’ll have props but feel free to bring your own

Jenn has over 13 years experience in physical therapy and combines body awareness cues and accommodations with all her yoga offerings. Come as you are.
