Check-in is open 15 minutes prior to class start time. Studio is located in the back of the store next to our Fuel Space Cafe. Event guests can enjoy 20% of their purchase at Fuel Space Cafe during an event.
Parking: lululemon Mall of America is located near the West Main Mall Entrance on the 1st level. Most convenient parking is in the WEST RAMP between Nordstrom's and Macy's.
About Jaclyn:
Jaclyn Semlak is a mind-body coach, Reiki healer, somatic therapist, and yoga instructor. Jaclyn specializes in helping individuals regulate their nervous systems, rewire their minds, heal from what’s been holding them back, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
Her diverse training with renowned experts in the Integrative Somatic Trauma Based Therapy field, Reiki (trained under Reiki Master, Jessica Stone), yoga and education gives her a unique perspective on blending modalities to create personalized experiences that help individuals release tension, stress, and stored emotions, fostering profound healing and self-discovery.
Jaclyn’s work is inspired by her own healing journey of overcoming chronic illness and stored stress in the body. She believes healing is not a quick fix but a lifestyle of connection with the mind, body, and spirit. Jaclyn empowers her clients to break free from survival mode and live with greater clarity, balance, and self-love.
