Restorative Practices Facilitation Skills (In Person)

This training is open to people who have done CDI's Getting Started With Restorative Practices course or its equivalent and takes place over three days.

Restorative Practices Facilitation Skills training is designed for those looking to sharpen their skills and gain the confidence to lead restorative processes. Over the course of eight sessions, you'll learn how to facilitate:

· Restorative Circles: Build stronger relationships and solve group problems.

· Restorative Meetings: Effectively resolve conflicts within groups.

· Restorative Conferences: Address serious wrongdoing, ensuring accountability and healing for all involved.

This training takes place over three consecutive days on 26th, 27th and 28th March 2025.
