About this Event
Sound Bath Expectations:
Crystal singing bowls produce frequencies that interact with your body's energy field - helping to calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and promote emotional release. Sound healing supports shifts in brainwave activity, gently guiding the mind into theta and delta states — the same deeply restorative states associated with meditation, creativity, and deep sleep. This is where true rest, healing, and emotional processing can begin. You don’t need to do anything during a sound healing session - simply lie back, receive, and allow the frequencies to wash over you. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally tender, or just in need of deep rest, sound healing offers a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.
