Enjoy a cozy Sunday afternoon filled with restorative yoga and journaling. Dive deep into the world of journaling as we use movement and yoga flows to ground ourselves, awaken our bodies, and open new pathways for creativity and introspection through writing. All experience levels in both journaling and movement are welcomed and encouraged!
What to Expect:

• Opening Meditation & Breath Work
  Begin the session with calming practices to center your mind and body.
• Journaling Discussion
  Explore the joys, various styles, and set intentions for your journaling journey.
• Journaling Sessions & Yoga Flows
  Participate in multiple journaling sessions accompanied by restorative yang and yin flows.
