Take a mindful pause and begin your day with presence, clarity, and inner calm.
This 60-minute gentle Hatha yoga and sound healing experience invites you to reconnect with your body and breath through slow, meditative movement, mindful awareness, and deeply soothing live sound instruments.
We’ll flow gently through the whole body to awaken energy, release physical and emotional tension, and restore inner balance.
The practice will close with an immersive sound bath — a meditative journey featuring Tibetan singing bowls, rainstick, chimes, or ocean drum — carefully attuned to calm the nervous system and leave you in a state of deep peace and renewal.
