About this Event
Sarah Akure Wall is a Nigerian/British Mom, swimmer, surfer, writer, Urban Zen Integrative Therapist (UZIT), RYT 200h, and Sound Facilitator. Sarah dances with ancestral wisdom and evidence-based theory. Sarah will be playing a harmonic set of precision-tuned crystal bowls, a planetary gong with complementary tuning, and an amaranth rain stick.
I ndigenous flutist is a Hip-Hop Artist, Sound Healer, Wellness Warrior, Father, and Chief Spell Breaker. He has been on a mission to break generational spells and curses since his youth by raising the vibrations of the words we use in order to manifest more freedom and liberation for ourselves and our future generations.

P lease bring with you a yoga mat, a blanket or 2, an eye mask or anything else to help you get very cozy and relax (as we will be laying on the floor for a large part of this practice).
