Jessica and Tya dive deep into the teachings and meaning of each chakra area. While students hold the gentle, restorative, healing chakra yoga poses, Tya offers supportive Reiki to each student's chakras to heal and further align the energy centers. Tya shares chakra messages she receives for each student.
