Restorative Beach Yoga Waikiki

Aloha E komo mai (welcome)

We are a group of soulful beings doing our best to practice mindfulness and Aloha on this beautiful Aina (land).

Restorative classes are for those who want a relaxing and soothing stretch class along the beach. This is for those folks who are wanting movement but slow and mindful, focused on releasing the body and joints without the fitness.

Great for those coming from long flights, those with body pains, those with prior injuries, and those who are just looking for a peaceful healthy practice.

We incorporate the power of the elements around us to bring you back to your peace and tranquility.

Whether you are new to yoga or seasoned we welcome you to come and be you!

No other classes are going to give you this unique experience.

*Getting to class:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY- HOW TO FIND US

1. Walk towards the Waikiki Aquarium with the ocean on your right side, passing the Barefoot beach cafe (on your left).

2. Walk to the Gazebo and picnic tables to the cluster of palm trees.

*Important we are NOT the class with the orange cones

-Give yourself 15 minutes to find parking as Kapiolani is a popular park and can occasionally be difficult to find parking.

-Kapiolani is a thriving outdoor space which means we may be moved slightly from our usual spot on from time to time. With that said, give yourself time to find us and to make sure you are in the correct class!

*ABOUT your Instructor*:

Phoenix Soul is a proud Afro Latina from the East Coast, living on Island for 5 years.

Phoenix is 500hr Trained Yoga Teacher (English and Spanish).

Phoenix has taught Yoga in Colombia, Guatemala, and Australia.

She is certified in Reiki healing, Trauma informed yoga, and Meditation.

She loves to hike and dance.

And is a published poet!
