Join us for a nourishing evening that honors the turning of the seasons. As the light and dark come into balance on the Fall Equinox, we invite you to slow down, restore, and realign with the rhythms of nature.This unique workshop blends the healing art of aromatherapy with the deeply grounding practice of restorative yoga. Guided by Staff Aromatherapist Leesa Balik, you’ll craft your own personalized aromatherapy spray, infused with botanicals that support balance, transition, and inner harmony. Then, Yoga Teacher Shawna Jackson will lead you through a restorative yoga practice designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite presence as we move into the darker half of the year.
Come prepared to relax deeply, create something beautiful, and celebrate this moment of seasonal shift in community.
Hands-on adjustments and essential oils are offered during the yoga portion.
All levels are welcome. Mats and props will be provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
