Join us for an evening of peace, calm, and deep relaxation with Restorative Yoga led by Alisa Spence. This practice is designed to take you beyond thinking and doing, allowing you to find stillness and relaxation.In each class, we will explore a few restorative postures, each fully supported by props, giving you plenty of time to sink in and settle your busy mind.
For the final 30 minutes, Alisa Spence or Mary Jameson will guide you through Yoga Nidra, a deep and healing meditation often referred to as “Yogic Sleep.” Each session is unique, providing a transformative experience each time.
