Restorative and Yoga Nidra

Restorative yoga is a beautifully nourishing practice that allows the body to release tension and open up, and the mind to relax. We support the body in a few floor based poses with props like blankets, pillows and blocks, ensuring comfort and ease. As we bring mindful attention to our body and breath, we take much needed time for self care, resetting and healing - promoting  a sense of well being.
After preparing the body and mind thus, we will move into a deeply relaxing yoga nidra practice. This is a powerful guided meditation that connects you to all aspects of your being. You will rest comfortably as you are guided. It helps you relieve stress and trauma, and sleep better. It has the power to transform at deep levels, as it helps you connect to yourself and manifest your deepest desires.
You are welcome to be in your pajamas! You are welcome to join online or in person. If on Zoom, feel free to set up your space with candles and/or music, and dim the lights.
