Join Katie Hathaway from Nin Yoga and Jennifer Lorena from Asana Flow Yoga for Restorative Aerial Yoga and sound healing at our St Marys Studio.In Restorative Aerial Yoga, the slings are brought down low low low, almost to the floor. Katie will then guide students into the slings in a way to soothe the nervous system with relaxing and nourishing aerial yoga poses and the sweet sounds of the crystal bowls.
There are strictly only 9 spots available, with all profits going to support the Animal Welfare League.
