Come join us as we continue to connect in 2025! Renee Gullickson of Gullickson Wellness and Anahata Wellness Coop will be leading us into restful and restorative yoga postures after which Liz Firmstone, a certified Life Coach, will be coaching participants through a mindfulness and reflection exercise.
