You are invited to Restful Resonance- a deeply restorative Sound Bath & Meditation Session, designed to promote relaxation, balance, and inner peace. During this session, you will be guided into a meditative state while immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing & Himalayan bowls, gong, and other healing instruments. The gentle frequencies help to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support emotional and energetic well-being. No prior meditation experience is needed—simply lie back, relax, and allow the sounds to wash over you.Contraindications:
While sound baths are generally safe, they may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult a medical professional before participating if you:
Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
Have a pacemaker or other electronic implants
Experience severe or untreated mental health conditions (e.g., psychosis, schizophrenia)
Have sound-induced epilepsy or sensitivity to certain frequencies
Have had recent surgery with unhealed wounds
Experience tinnitus or extreme sound sensitivity (please inform us so we can accommodate you)
Agreement Upon Booking:
By booking this session, you confirm that you have read and understood the contraindications and are in good health to participate. You accept full responsibility for your well-being during the session and acknowledge that this is a complementary therapy, not a replacement for medical treatment. If you have any concerns, you agree to consult a healthcare professional before attending.
Please bring whatever you need to make yourself a nurturing nest such as thick yoga mat, cosy blanket, cushion and warm clothes!
I do have mats and blankets, so please ask if you need one.
