Restful Growth Series | International Women’s Day Retreat

This half-day retreat is part of the Restful Growth series for women in transition. It is designed for those who want to understand themselves and their direction more accurately, without laying heavier burdens on themselves.

Many women are capable, responsible, and effective at responding to what life asks of them. The harder part is knowing who you are beneath the expectations, and where your life is pointing now

We begin with identity. Not identity as personality, role, or brand, but the qualities, ways of operating, and convictions that have shown up consistently across different seasons of your life.

Through teaching, guided reflection and structured conversation, we will help you identify the harmful and helpful voices which shape your identity.

You will come away with a more grounded sense of what has been true about you through the chapters of your life, and what new aspects of identity are emerging in this chapter.

Our identity reveals our direction. Through a creative mapping exercise, we’ll look at how your experiences have formed the ways you operate - and what those patterns suggest about what comes next.

We’ll close by creating a personal artifact to represent that direction - something concrete you can return to as a point of orientation as you move forward.
