Come solo or bring your friends for our Friday night Fakeaway! Together, we will embark on a journey to create two stunning, authentic dishes that are sure to impress your family and friends.
First on the menu is Som Tam, a spicy green papaya salad that perfectly balances the crunchiness of fresh vegetables with the zing of lime and the heat of chilli. Chef Wandee will guide you through the traditional methods of preparing this dish, emphasising the importance of using fresh, high-quality ingredients to achieve the perfect flavour profile. You will learn how to adjust the spice levels to suit your palate, whether you prefer a mild kick or a volcanic explosion of heat that will leave your taste buds tingling with excitement.
Next, we will dive into the preparation of an all-time favourite: Thai green curry. Under chef Wandee's guidance, you will discover the secrets to crafting a luscious green curry that surpasses anything you might find at your local takeaway.
