About this Event
Is your workout routine becoming a bore? Do you need an extra morale boost to feel the burn? Looking for a new gym crew? Join us for a workout sesh with Volo Sports at The Mall in Columbia! Open to beginners and experts alike, this guided fitness session will have you feeling the burn while having fun doing it. The best part? After the workout, enjoy a free, protein-packed lunch box from one of our fabulous restaurants.
How it Works:
Register for a FREE ticket that includes a guided walk and run around The Mall in Columbia guided by Volo Sports. After the run, guests will head to that month's participating restaurant to pick up their lunch box for the date selected.
Each FREE ticket includes the following:
- Lunch from the monthly selected restaurant, as well as a complimentary beer to be redeemed with a drink ticket
- A guided stretch and warm up
- A guided walk and run with Volo Sports

Meal certificates and drink tickets will be distributed upon check-in at the run/walk . This will be used to redeem your lunch box.
In the event of inclement weather, the Restaurant Runner series will be held on the below dates - registrants will be notified prior to the event.
