A two-hour yoga workshop, allowing you to take time and really tune in to how you are feeling. It's not really that different to a yoga class - just more time to breath, to move and to let go. The intention of this workshop is to help promote rest and encourage release, all of which should help the mind/body practise a good scenario for generating a restful night's sleep. We will move from some gentle postures (though some may still feel like we are building strength) and end with a yoga nidra (guided relaxation).
As well as the in-person yoga workshop, attendees will receive:-
* a yoga nidra audio-recording
* instructions for a yoga sequence to follow at home to help promote good sleep
Suitable for all levels of yogi (newcomers welcome).
This workshop will take place in The Garden Room, Strathpeffer Pavilion. Booking essential (via TicketSource).
