Join us for an intimate, small-group overnight paranormal experience inside the historic George Taylor House! This isn’t just an investigation—it’s a night to connect with our dedicated volunteers, explore haunted spaces, and uncover the house’s mysteries together.
Whether you’re a seasoned ghost hunter or just curious about the unknown, you’ll have the chance to participate in guided and independent investigations, review past and new evidence, and enjoy a fun, immersive night of ghostly encounters.
This one-of-a-kind paranormal sleepover is a fundraising event, with all proceeds supporting the historical preservation of the George Taylor House.

Guests are welcome to bring their own paranormal investigation equipment, and sleeping gear, though sleeping is not required, including sleeping mats, sleeping bags, or even tents (for those too spooked to sleep inside.). No cots inside the house to protect the historic floors.

- Closed-toe shoes are a must (Sneakers recommended for dirtier areas).
- Slippers encouraged for comfort indoors.
- Dress in layers—temperatures shift throughout the house!

- Guests may bring their own food & drinks (Refrigerator available in the modern kitchen).
- Certain areas will be restricted for food and drink.

GEORGE TAYLOR HOUSE ASSOCIATION (GTHA) PARANORMAL PAJAMA PARTY SLEEPOVER LIABILITY RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION, AND EVENT AGREEMENT
By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Paranormal Pajama Party Sleepover at the George Taylor House, I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that this event involves overnight participation in a historical property, which includes risks such as but not limited to uneven surfaces, steep staircases, low ceilings, limited lighting, fluctuating temperatures, and potentially hazardous conditions. I further acknowledge the possibility of unexplained occurrences during the event, which may result in emotional, psychological, or physical responses. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
2. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby waive, release, and discharge the George Taylor House Association (GTHA), the Borough of Catasauqua, its officers, directors, board members, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising from injury, illness, death, property damage, theft (including vehicles), emotional distress, or any other loss related to my participation in this event, even if caused by the negligence of GTHA or the Borough.
3. INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GTHA, its representatives, and the Borough of Catasauqua from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages (including legal fees) resulting from my actions, whether negligent, intentional, or otherwise, during or in connection with this event.
4. RULES AND CODE OF CONDUCT
I agree to abide by the rules, guidelines, and safety protocols outlined below:
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older and provide valid photo identification at check-in.
- Respect for the property, volunteers, and other participants is mandatory.
- Demonic practices, séances, Ouija boards, rituals, or spiritual cleansings are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
- Provoking, taunting, or disrespecting any spiritual presence is prohibited. Violators will be removed immediately and permanently banned.
- Participants may bring their own paranormal investigation equipment but must respect the historic nature of the property and follow GTHA volunteer guidance.
- No drugs, alcohol, or weapons are permitted. Anyone suspected of being under the influence will be removed without refund.
- Food and beverages are allowed only in designated areas. A refrigerator is available for storage.
- Participants must bring their own sleeping mats, sleeping bags, or tents if they do not wish to sleep inside the house. No cots are permitted inside to preserve historic flooring.
- Closed-toe shoes are required for safety, but slippers are encouraged for the main areas.
- Participants must not enter restricted areas without GTHA volunteer approval.
- Any disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
- Volunteers have the authority to remove any participant for any reason deemed necessary to ensure the safety, integrity, and enjoyment of the event.
5. PHOTO, VIDEO, AND MEDIA RELEASE
I understand that GTHA and its representatives may take photographs, videos, or audio recordings during the event. I grant permission for my likeness to be used in marketing materials, social media, and other publications without compensation.
Additionally, I agree that any photos, videos, or audio recordings I capture:
- Must be submitted to GTHA for review prior to public release.
- Must not misrepresent, damage, or negatively impact the reputation of GTHA, its volunteers, the Borough of Catasauqua, or the historic integrity of the George Taylor House.
- GTHA reserves the right to request removal of any materials that violate these terms.
6. ADA COMPLIANCE DISCLAIMER
I understand that the George Taylor House is a historic property listed on the National Register of Historic Places and, as such, is exempt from certain ADA accessibility requirements. While GTHA strives to accommodate all guests, not all areas of the property may be accessible to individuals with mobility limitations.
7. FINAL AGREEMENT
This waiver and release of liability shall be interpreted broadly to provide a comprehensive release and indemnification to the maximum extent permitted by law. If any portion of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, I certify that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to all terms of this agreement. I acknowledge that this is a legally binding contract and a full waiver of liability.
