Rest, Restore, Nurture - an evening mini retreat

Join us for two hours of slow yoga - yin and restorative yoga- to soothe and nourish the nervous system and reset before the weekend.
Softly lit by fairy lights, we use this opportunity to catch our breath after a busy week, to move the body gently and rest deeply.
Ending with herbal tea and homemade cake 😋 plus the opportunity to chat, this is a chance to enjoy some Friday evening self care 🥰
