Rest, Reset, Revive
This session will offer a calming and empowering space for those affected by cancer, whether you're in treatment, recovering, or adjusting to life post-diagnosis. Combining breathwork, gentle somatic tools, and nervous system regulation practices, you will learn how you can support your body and mind to rest, reset and feel revived.
In this session, we’ll explore how to breathe better to feel better. You'll be guided through a gentle breathwork session and some body-based techniques to help you to reconnect to your body, feel safe, grounded and calm.
Cancer can place the nervous system under immense strain. These practices are designed to calm the fight-or-flight response, reduce anxiety, and bring the body into a more restful, restorative state.
This session is designed to be inclusive and adaptable to all energy levels. Everything offered can be taken at your own pace, with no pressure or expectations.
You’ll leave with simple tools you can use in your daily life, especially during moments of overwhelm, fear or fatigue.

If you’d like to bring a cushion or blanket, perhaps an eye mask as it’s daytime, you’re very welcome. Do bring some drinking water too and drinking plenty of water afterwards helps cleanse your body. (Filtered water is also available at the centre)
