About this Event
Come gift yourself the chance to pause and draw inwards. Yin yoga is a beautifully slow and meditative style of yoga where we hold the poses (which are mainly sitting + lying) for a number of minutes to access the fascia ~ the deep connective tissue of the body.
Yin is amazing for improving flexibility, keeping joints healthy, improving circulation, helping to regulate emotions + anxiety and improve sleep. It's a very accessible style of yoga because it's very slow ~ no experience at all is required, or flexibility!
Every body aged 16+ is welcome though sadly this isn't suitable for pregnant folk. Please fill out this health questionnaire prior to the class so I can best guide you: https://forms.gle/DrozaScHtLj9Npdc6
